Please read all disclaimers and instructions before purchasing tickets. People who complain at The Dark Woods usually get chastised and laughed at, so PLEASE, we beg you to take a few moments to read our Event Disclaimer and our FAQ section.
If you don't know how to read, please contact us, and we will come to your home, tuck you in, and read to you until you gently fall asleep.
This is an ENTER AT OWN RISK event. We do not issue refunds. The Dark Woods is an ALL-WEATHER EVENT.

We know it's a lot of words, but they're important words.
Guests are strongly encouraged to pre-purchase tickets online. Wait times can be long, so please be patient as we take special "care" of everyone.
We offer timed ticketing admission and limited quantities of general admission. Timed Ticketing specifies the time guests are expected to be parking their cars on the property. Please be aware: wait times still exist as we strive to provide unique experiences to EVERYONE. Patrons interested in an event with NO LINES should look for Halloween entertainment elsewhere. This is an "ENTER AT OWN RISK" event.

No exchanges or refunds. The Dark Woods is an all-weather event. Please come prepared for rain, sleet, snow, or other unpredictable October New England weather. In rare instances where weather conditions are forecast to be dangerous, such as lightning, flooding, or damaging winds, the event may be canceled for the evening. Every attempt will be made to notify patrons of that night’s cancellation via email and Facebook. If severe weather is forecasted, please check Facebook for announcements before coming to the show. Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred based on weather or forecasted weather. If the show is on, the ticket is valid and must be used on the date and time selected.
By purchasing tickets to The Dark Woods, the ticket buyer is responsible for their entire party to understand and agree to all terms of service and rules of the event. Click HERE to read the Event Disclaimer.
In the event of cancellation, your ticket will be valid for any remaining shows. Refunds due to cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Rescheduled tickets are valid 72 hours after the canceled date. This means that if a Saturday show is canceled, the ticket MUST be rescheduled or requested for a refund before the following Tuesday by midnight EST. Once the 72-hour window closes, the ticket is no longer valid.
For the safety of the performers and patrons, no flash photography or video is allowed to be taken inside the attraction. Photos and video will, however, be permitted during Trauma Free Tours. This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extremely low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment.
You should NEVER ENTER a haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, are prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer any form of mental disease including claustrophobia. DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, or medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU SUFFER FROM ASTHMA, HEART CONDITIONS, SEIZURES, OR ANY TYPE OF MENTAL, PHYSICAL, RESPIRATORY, AND OR MEDICAL PROBLEMS.
